About Dune and Flynn

  • Declawed: No
  • Housetrained: Yes

Dune is the Cameo Orange Tabby boy with the white blaze on his neck…named because he is the color of a sand dune.  His brother, the darker orange tabby, is Flynn, which is Irish for “son of a red-haired man”.

They both adore lap time, squirming around to get the best position for some good loving…and, they love to sleep with their people!  They are balls of fire….running, jumping, playing, going and doing! Both of them are purr-machines to the max….all you have to do is look at them and they purr.  Both love to be held, and, love belly rubs, kisses and pets. Dune is the quite the talker...asking for attention. Flynn is the hugger and will stand up on your lap to wrap his little paws around your neck. Flynn can be a little shy initially, but, he will love you forever once he feels safe and secure in his surroundings. These precious boys have no problem getting along with other kitties and the 26-lb. Poodle/Bichon mix doggie in foster mom’s house.

They have received all vacs, been dewormed, tested neg. for FELV/FIV,  and neutered. They have had a problem with change of food in the past. I have used pumpkin in their wet food which seems to work the best, Forti-Flora and probiotics.

Dune and Flynn were caught with a fishnet as 5-week old kittens while I was doing TNR for a restaurant on Richmond Ave. You would never believe they were once feral as they are so very socialized and friendly now. They were born approximately March 9, 2011.

Foster mom thinks these boys are the sweetest lovebugs ever....you will, too! They are so very bonded….how about a set of bookends for your home, and, adopt them together?  We don't absolutely have to be adopted together though.

If you would like more info on these lovalicious boys, please contact Mary Kay at Cats for Life or Joy Ann at haranna@aol.com or 713-858-5600.
