Lulu

Lulu was adopted by Daniel and Michelle and children on 10-17-11. Lulu is doing great. The other cats are tolerating her, but Lulu especially likes and plays with one of the dogs. She plays and jumps. She's everywhere. She's a lap kitty and loves to be pet and purrs. She sleeps with Daniel and Michelle and also on the kitchen floor. The kids adore her. She also really loves her feather toy. Thanks to Daniel and Michelle and family for giving Lulu such a wonderful home!

Hayley
Hayley

Hayley was adopted by Natalie and her daughter on 9-18-11. Natalie says Hayley is doing great, talkative and loves to be pet and massaged. Their other cat, Eskimo, is getting used to her and they like to sleep together under the bed. If Hayley is making noises, Eskimo will run to her to see if she's okay and to protect her. Hayley likes to knead on a blanket at night and rubs her face against Natalie's face. Hayley is one lucky little girl kitty! Thanks Natalie and Alyssa for giving her such a loving home!!

Kaboodle

This is what Kaboodle's proud new owner has to say. "My son and I adopted Kaboodle on Friday, 9/30/11. We first met him at the Petco in Katy. It was love at first sight on both sides...I believe. We visited him a few more times before we took the plunge. You see, I just had to put my beautiful, all-white male, Casper, down due to liver disease mid-July. I was not sure I was ready to give my heart away so soon. But Kaboodle has healed my heart and brought us so much joy in the short two weeks he has been a part of our family. Kaboodle is fearless and funny, loving and sweet! He is soooo sweet and handsome (I say BEAUTIFUL, but HE ruffles his tail at that!) And smart too...at bedtime, I ask him "Where's your mouse?" He immediately jumps off the bed to retrieve the silly, orange string mouse he came with. Kaboodle and his new brother, Woody (our 4 year old orange/white male tabby) are still testing each other's boundaries...but I have caught them grooming each other and sleeping together on the couch. So all that hissing and growling is just for my benefit. I am so glad we adopted this lovely kitten...he will be "kaboodles" of joy for many years to come! Thank you Cats For Life, Mary Kay and Joy Ann!!!!" Thanks so much to you, Debbie, and your son for giving this boy such a responsible, fun, loving home!

Vincenzo
Vincenzo

Steve and Valerie adopted three of our kitties, and here is the individual story for each kitty! "They are darlings and I'm so glad they are part of our lives now. Holly and Donovan are thrilled that Cookie Snuggle Bunny and the General sleep in their room, cuddled up on their beds. The General (Vincenzo) is such a sweet, solid, calm darling young boy cat. He does not get ruffled by things and exhibits a very sweet disposition. We get a kick out of how he loves to stretch out and get his belly rubbed. He is an amazing soccer player and is just a riot to play any string cat toy with! Steve was using that neat toy, Cat Dancer, and General whipped it out of his hand and took off with it up the stairs. He follows me everywhere and parks nearby wherever I'm working. What a great companion! We are so lucky to have these darlings. Thank goodness we adopted them. We know we've helped them out, which feels good, but they have added much richness to our lives and have given each of us something to be happy about every day." Thanks for giving this sweet boy such a wonderful home!

Snuggle Bunny
Snuggle Bunny

Steve and Valerie adopted three kitties from us! They adopted Vincenzo (The General), Snuggle Bunny (Cookie) and Zoe (Hermione). This is what they have to say about their individual new babies!! "They are darlings and I'm so glad they are part of our lives now. Cookie Snuggle Bunny has stolen all of our hearts with her quick-to-ignite purr. She is such a character, and speaking of playing, you have never seen such a fierce competitor! She has bitten through all kinds of elastic string on cat play toys in record time and she loves to "drown" her toy in the big water bowl in the kitchen. One of us will take it out, shake it off and dry it and next thing you know she has found it, played with it and sunk it in the water bowl again! She loves to play with The General and is very fond of grooming him and he exchanges the favor, making sure she has very clean ears. :) She goes crazy on the carpet/sisal rope cat "tree" and really is better entertainment than some TV shows I'm sure! Holly and Donovan are thrilled that Cookie Snuggle Bunny and the General sleep in their room, cuddled up on their beds.We are so lucky to have these darlings. Thank goodness we adopted them. We know we've helped them out, which feels good, but they have added much richness to our lives and have given each of us something to be happy about every day." So happy for Cookie!! Thanks for giving her such an incredible, incredible home!
