Alfie
Alfie

Sweet little Alfie was adopted by Robin on 4-7-10. Alfie is a little more vocal than Robin was used to, and Alfie certainly lets Robin know when he wants attention. He's a lap kitty when he wants attention, and he likes to jump up on Robin's face when she's resting. Alfie really loves his toys, especially the ones that make noise and especially at 2:00 in the morning. Alfie and Robin are happily coexisting, and Alfie does like to sleep with Robin most every night. Little Alfie has found his perfect forever home! Yay!

Abby

Abby was adopted on 2-5-10 by Nicola, a very sweet young woman. She wanted a kitty companion for herself and her dog, Lily. Abby lived in a foster home with a large dog that Abby slept with and adored. So we thought Abby would be great. The first couple of days Abby hid, but then very quickly after that she came out of her shell. She loves Nicola and loves to sit in her lap and come running to her. She's so happy and purrs all the time. She also loves Lily, the dog. They play and chase each other, both ways. Lily, the dog, used to sleep with Nicola, but now Lily sleeps on the sofa and Abby sleeps on the recliner, keeping each other company. They are best friends and like an old married couple! We are so, so happy that Abby found such a wonderful, happy home!

Andy
Andy

Andy and Opie were adopted by a lovely young woman named Sarah on 9-20-09. Sarah was concerned about whether her approximately 1-1/2-year-old cat Sadie would adjust to them. Well, it didn't take Sadie long to run and play with Andy and Opie! All three are having just a blast with each other! And Sadie especially loves to give Andy baths. We think Sadie is very happy that she has these two little playmates. All three cats love to sleep with Sarah. When she sleeps on her back, they love to be on her stomach and vice versa. She loves to hear them purr! Sarah also calls Andy and Opie Thing 1 and Thing 2 because they're so mischievous and always getting into everything! I think Andy and Opie found the perfect home!

Allison

Allison (now Olive) has made a wonderful addition to the Padelopoulos family, adopted on 10-10-09. Mom Emma says that Olive has everybody wrapped around her little paw. She is very playful and very animated and is the center of attention, just like a newborn baby, says Emma. Olive is exceptionally playful and loves to sleep under a throw, showing that phantom Olive body. Olive loves to sleep with everybody, but she is especially loving and devoted to daughter Zoe, who is the one who really wanted to adopt a cat of her own. Looks like Zoe really picked the right cat. No mistakes there. And to think that two weeks before they adopted Olive, she was just a homeless kitty found in the yard of Cats for Life volunteer, Adrian. We think EVERYBODY involved, including Olive, has benefited greatly by this experience!

Alex
Alex

Alex (now Aero, pictured at left) is living it up in his new home with Holly, her husband and her 14-month-old son Tripp and also their other kitty, Astro (pictured at right). Holly got Aero to be their companion but also a companion and playmate for Astro. Holly says that Astro and Aero are so bonded, you can never really find them apart. We're all so glad these babies have each other to love and play with. They are both such sweet, loving little kitties. Not bad for an incredibly beautiful and loving kitten that was left in a box at Mary Kay's house by a person that rang her doorbell at 12:30 a.m. with a note saying they could no longer care for him. Too bad. What an incredible loss for them.
