Rowdy

Rowdy (now Popcorn) was adopted by Shannon and Christopher and children on 10-18-11. Popcorn is doing great! They say he is one of the most playful kittens they have ever seen. He was not scared of their greyhound from the beginning! Popcorn lived with an elderly couple with four chihuahuas before Shannon and Christopher. I guess that's why he's doing so well with the greyhound. Their tuxedo kitten and Popcorn are getting along well and playing together and sleep together. Popcorn really likes attention and is a loud purrer! He loves his feather toy and drags it all over the house. Thanks so much, Shannon and family, for giving Popcorn such a fun, loving home!

Rebecca

Rebecca was adopted on 3-7-09 by a wonderful lady, Chara, and her partner and their children. Rebecca says that's the best day of her life because she wanted SO much more love and attention than she could get at Mary Kay's multiple kitty household. Mary Kay always felt so bad for Rebecca because she is just such a people kitty. Chara says that Rebecca has gained some weight (no doubt all the good food and treats she gets). Chara says Rebecca and Maxwell, her Border Terrier, are really best friends, and they both sleep together on the same bed with Rebecca and her partner. They also leave the blinds up for Rebecca so she can do her little kitty "chattering" as she observes the goings-on outside. Rebecca is also very much a lap kitty. She has also taken to coming up to Chara and her partner's 2-1/2-year-old son, Jackson, who makes little sounds to where Rebecca comes up and lies down in front of Jackson. I am so, so happy for Rebecca. She finally has all the attention she was begging for in the few months she lived with Mary Kay.

Ranger

Ranger was adopted on 12-13-08 by a wonderful family who will love him very much. Ranger is so happy to have a home after living by himself as a little kitten dodging shopping carts and the like at the grocery store.

Romeo & Juliet

Romeo and Juliet were adopted by Angela, her husband and four-year-old daughter, Ava, who is a huge animal lover. Juliet was letting Ava carry her around within just a few days of adopting her. Angela and her husband are doctors, and her husband will somehow find the time to build kitty towers for Romeo and Juliet to play on. Romeo and Juliet love having their own private people to sleep with after sharing their foster mom with so, so many other kitties.
