Shadow & Scamp

Shadow & Scamp were adopted by Karie and family on 11-1-13. They did great from the very beginning. They love to sleep on Karie and her husband's pillows every night. They are very much lap kitties and love being around people. Karie's other cat, Harry, is becoming friends with them also. Harry is not a pillow cat but a "small of the back" kitty. When the three of them are playing upstairs, Karie says it sounds like a little herd of elephants running around. They love to play with the free things in life, like twisties and string. And Karie is so glad the kitties have not tried to climb the tree! Thanks, Karie and family, for giving these formerly homeless kitties a nice, warm, loving home (thanks to their foster, Janet, also). These kitties are having their first Merry Christmas!

Kiera

This is what Samantha's adopter, Bridgette, has to say about Kiera. "Samantha (now Kiera) was adopted 10-18-13 by Bridgette. She is fearless and very active. Life with Kiera is never boring; she keeps me on my toes. She loves to snuggle and be picked up and plays with every toy I buy her but she especially loves balls with jingle bells in them. My older cat, Tequila, wasn't too sure about her at first but I think they are finally becoming friends. Kiera has made Tequila more active as he is now very protective of toys he never played with until Kiera came along, LOL. Cats For Life is a wonderful organization that makes sure the right pet is placed with the right family. " Pictured is Kiera (brown tabby) and soon-to-be best friend Tequila. Smokey Binx

Smokey (now Binx) was adopted on 9-26-13 by Brittany. Binx is kind of a shy kitty but very sweet and Brittany really loves him. He loves to follow Brittany around. He's still sometimes kind of scared of her boyfriend because he's not home as much, but he will get Binx and sit with him and cuddle. Brittany also has a Calico named Elvira, and she and Binx now are BEST friends. Brittany's boyfriend built a really large cat tree and they play on it a lot. They have lots of play area. Binx has a great appetite and purrs when he eats. Thanks so much, Brittany, for giving this formerly homeless kitty such a wonderful, fun, loving home!

Sissy

Sissy (now Ginger)was adopted by Aimee and family on 10-26-13. She did well from the beginning and was never scared at all. She loves to follow everyone around and be in your lap and sleep with you. She's a very snuggly little girl. She loves to play with the cheap stuff, like bottle caps and the like, rather than bought toys. Ha! The 15-year-old cat in the family has also come to love Ginger and they play a lot now. That's so great.
