Angie

Angie was adopted by Cynthia on 6-12-11. She pretty much started making herself at home from the start. Cynthia's other cats are taking a little while to warm up to her, but it's much better. Angie's name is now Zuzu, named after the little girl in "It's A Wonderful Life." Cynthia says Zuzu is very sweet and affectionate, very much a lap cat and sleeps with Cynthia along with Frosty, the 15-lb cat. Something strange happened a few days after Cynthia adopted Zuzu. Cynthia felt a lump on Zuzu's hip and it scared her. She took Zuzu to the vet, and the vet discovered a BB inside her. Luckily it was not deep into the skin, and the vet was able to get the BB out with some local anesthetic. I'm so glad Zuzu has someone who loves her enough to discover that and take her to the vet. I'm sure Zuzu is much more comfortable now. Cynthia will send a picture in the next few days, as Zuzu was not on the website and I didn't have a picture.
